These Terms of Service govern your use of cabopharmacy.com and your orders with Cabo Pharmacy, operated by [RAZÓN SOCIAL] in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Over-the-counter products only
Cabo Pharmacy sells over-the-counter (OTC) products only. Prescription medication is not available through this store, website or WhatsApp channel, and we do not fill or dispense prescriptions through this channel. If you need a prescription medication, you must consult a licensed physician in Mexico, who can prescribe what is appropriate for you.
2. No medical advice
Information on this website and in our messages is for general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always read the product label and follow the directions. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, take other medication or have severe or persistent symptoms, talk to a doctor or pharmacist first. In an emergency, call 911.
3. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old, or order with the supervision of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate contact and delivery details.
4. Orders, availability and prices
Product availability and prices may change without notice. An order is confirmed when we confirm it by WhatsApp, phone, email or checkout confirmation. We may decline or limit an order, for example for out-of-stock items, quantities that suggest misuse, or addresses outside our delivery area. Prices are shown in US dollars or Mexican pesos and include taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery fees, if any, are quoted before you confirm.
5. Payment
We accept cash (USD and MXN), credit and debit cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. Payment is due at the time agreed with you when you place the order.
6. Delivery
We deliver to hotels, villas, yachts and homes in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor, and to La Paz on request. Store open 8 AM – 11 PM · Delivery coordination 24/7. Delivery times are estimates and depend on location, traffic, weather and product availability. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address you provide.
7. Returns & refunds
Because products are intended for health and personal care, opened or used products and medicines cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired or incorrect, contact us within Daily delivery and we will replace the item or refund you. See the full Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, use it for unlawful purposes, or order products in quantities or for purposes that are unlawful or harmful.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cabo Pharmacy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from products used contrary to their label or professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Mexican consumer protection law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Baja California Sur, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
